On the 46-200 you referenced, on the left side of the schematic there are two ground symbols. One, the pitchfork is noted as B- and the upside-down xmas tree is noted as the chassis ground. If you look at the 46-250 schematic these symbols are reversed. Upside-down xmas tree being noted as circuit ground or B- and the pitchfork being noted as the chassis ground. So which is right?

:Have a look at the print for a 46-200 this is how your power supply is wired with a 6.3 volt pilot lamp, and 35Y4 rectifier, three filters,
Of course how much safer depends on all the outlets being correct(hot-black-narrow slot, neutral-white-wide slot, round-safety ground-bare), so that needs to be checked too. Or you can leave it as is and remember that folks were supposed to be smart enough not to use these sets in the bathtub to start with.
::The rake or pitchfork always is chassis ground. The upside down xmas tree is circuit ground. Where your filter capacitors black ( negative ) lead is connected, that is your circuit ground, or B- .. The white AC cord lead (wide pin) should be the switched side, and goes to circuit ground, not chassis ground ..
