Slusser's 6th edition lists it as a 1933 model, six tubes, cathedral, value $240-300. No joy for a schematic.

Tubes can bought from AES, www.tubesandmore.com Radio Daze, www.radiodaze.com and many others. Majestic tubes may a "S" after the number. If you have tubes like this they will have a spray shield. When replacing this type of tube an external shield may need to be added.
