Greetings;
Looking for information on the Echophone 3 (or V3); also known as a Sears Meteor. Three-tube TRF with type 99 tubes. Is there a schematic around anywhere? Anybody know any history? Thanks

The 3 was first advertised in September 1924. There's a chapter on The Radio Shop in vol.3, Radio Manufacturers of the 1920s, including a full-page reproduction of the Meteor description from a 1924 Sears Roebuck catalog.

Since Alan authored the book he modestly references, I'd believe him!
