The radio that I wrote about is not a EMERSON, but A Trutone. Its a Trutone d2735. I cant find anything on this unit, but would love a year, and such. Schematic e.t.c. Please forgive my last post. Its in shame that I have to say, I have a brain thats full, and sometimes the most garbled stuff comes out.

Locating possibly a better photo of that set ? and with a view of the back, seems like I see the tip of a miniature tube inside.

Most of my encounters of that vintage of Truetone were using an octal tube complement.

Check the accompanying schema and see if the tube complements are the same as well as the use of the couplate in the audio
circuitry.
