Radiola 60 Speaker connections

Re: RCA Radiola 60
My radiola 60 sits on a table containing the speaker. My Problem is that after numerous crosscountry moves the connections in the speaker table have come off. There are no identifying numbers on the speaker table or on the speaker itself. There is a "mystery" componet that the two speaker leads from the radio should connect to. Also the two wires from the speaker field coil should connect there too. The mystery componet is mounted on the speaker frame and has three terminals. My ohmeter shows zero ohms between two terminals which I assume indicates an internal coil. My ohmeter show indication of capacitance between the other terminal. Any guidance on which two terminals the speaker voice coil goe s to and which two the speaker wires from the radio connect to would be appreciate greatly.
