RCA Model 4-X-646 (Chassis RC-1140)

I need the 35W4 hookup for this radio. When I opened it up, I found a 33 Ohm resistor between pin 7 and the 80 uF capacitor burned open. (I thought the 33 Ohm should be connected between pins 4 and 5 of the 35W4.)

Pins 4 and 5 were tied together with one side of the AC line connected to pin 5. The 0.047 uF capacitor between pins 4/5 to pin 7 had cracked. There is evidence of smoke damage all around the 35W4.

Although I have similar RCA radios from the same era (Mid 50's), I just want to make sure that the 35W4 is connected correctly. All the tubes test good in a tester. Thanks!
