Accurate Instrument Co. Model 153 Signal generator/tracer

I just got this signal generator/tracer and have no probes. I replaced electrolytic and paper caps. The unit seems to be working as all tubes and one light are on.

Does anyone know about this unit and where to get/make a probe? A schematic or manual would also be great if anyone has one and can copy it for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Signal generators didn't usually have "probes." Just a shielded cable with alligator clips at the ends.

Signal tracers might have used just a straight meter probe, or an alligator clip. You can also make a demodulator probe, like the old Heathkit 337. Images available if you use Google.

Why let yourself be held up by the lack of a manual or schematic? You can get a schematic by tracing out the circuitry and drawing one. If you really have no idea how to use it, do a web search for other simple signal tracers and generators. Nothing to it. Don't be held up by the small stuff.
