Motorola clock radio
1/8/2001 6:45:05 PMChris Joffrain
I am looking for the schematics an tuning steps for a Motorola clock radio.
Inside was a small manual reading "model 5C4, 5C5 or 5C6.
The back panel says: Model 5C Serial number 19327
and at the bottom, in small numbers: 24K601023
The metal chassis is stamped with the number: 7A478118
the 5 tubes are: 12BE6, 12BA6, 12AT6, 5OC5 and 35W4
there is a patent label with a rubber stamp: Nov 15, 1950
(as far as I can read)

It almost works, just need to be re-tuned.
I have not tested the clock yet.
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Chris

I've sent you the Motorola 5C1 schematic from Rider. There is additional information in Rider Vol #21 and Sam's Photofact #116. You may be able to get this information through your local library. Sam's can be reached at 800-428-7267.
