Warning about Global Electronics for schmatics. In the middle of December I ordered a schmatic from them for a Grundig radio. They sent an e-mail that i will be sent and gave me a phone tracking number. I paid for UPS shipping. I never receiced the item and they never responded to e-mails or phone calls. No answer when called on the phone.
I got my money back with a claim through PayPal.
Please take this as a word of warning, if you do order from them make sure you use somehting where you can get you money back if they don't deliver.

Good thing you used PayPal if you had used a credit card they would probably be spending your hard earned money by now. I had it happen with an online purchase. Got to be careful anymore.

Agree. This so-called Cicon Electronics or Global Electronic Solutions Corp. seem to be trouble. I ordered some transistors from them, got an immediate automated reply, then nothing further. No parts, no responses to my emails. I have just filed a claim with PayPal.

Paypal takes awhile, they try to get Global to respond, but in time I got my money back. Good Luck.

We also have had the instance of ordering with no followup, no answer to numerous emails, no answer to phone calls - and...oh yes, they have our money from a credit card, but we never got the parts.

Turn them in to the Better Business Bureau in the state they do business in. They need to be stopped.
