I've had the most enjoyable time whenever I talk to the folks at Rhode Island Wiring. Their prices may be a little steep, quality is very important to me as well as good customer service. I had them make me up a cable for my Atwater Kents. I was very pleased with the product. They do say that their wires are only for vehicles, that is fine and dandy, they do have current carrying capabilities and great insulation. they do look very authentic!

I was actually looking for that huge collection of antique radios, but this is definitely worth keeping in mind.
