Brunswick Model 14

I'm restoring a 1929 Brunswick Model 14 TRF receiver and have completed the RF chassis. However on the 2nd chassis, housing the pwr supply and AV side of things, the interstage transformer between the 27 audio amp and the two 45 push-pull output tubes is open circuit and I have no idea as to its specifications. There is a firm that will rewind it for me but they need the details e.g. ratio between pri. and sec. windings, volts/amps, etc. Apart from going cross-eyed taking the transformer apart and counting the turns has anybody got any suggestions!

One thought is to look at a schematic of another brand radio around the same year, with the same layout in the output section. Also read the side of your transformer that is not open for a clue as to what the other winding may be as from the other brand.

I think the Brunswick chassis were identical to the RCA Radiola's. I have run accross some Brunswicks that were the same as the Radiola 18. Try comparing yours to the Radiola schematics.

Thanks for the suggestions Warren and Jon. It gives me something to follow up with hopefully a positive outcome.
