Yeh a little off topic but it's been snowing here for 8 days now. Many of you are accustomed to this kind of weather but we're not here in this part of Oregon. Last time I saw any amounts of the fluffy stuff was back in '04. I've got 18" on the ground and it's still snowing. Worse winter I've seen in the 15 years I've been here. Came here for the beauty and the great fishing but I'm not into that ice fishing. Biggest worry is the power. It's been flickering for two days now and if it goes out it's gonna get chili in here. I'm not set up with portable gen's and such. Well we'll keep our fingers crossed. Merry Christmas all.

My wife's family all live in Wisconsin. I tease, "Good thing y'all are snowed in and can't get to an airport, else y'all would be down here."

Lived in GA all my life, I had rather sweat to get cool than shiver to get warm. Good luck on your power. We will get winter in about a month.

Hello,
We had -12 last evening and now we have warmed up to +5. We are having a heat wave. My sister had her starter freeze on her car last night. Another bone chilling night for us. I live right in Southwestern Minnesota-near the SD border.
