What happened to them? I was just on a few weeks ago and got the IT-28 manual.

Some clown bought the rights

"Data Professionals of Pleasanton California has purchased the Copyrights and existing inventory of all legacy Heathkit product documentation from Heath Company of Benton Harbor Michigan for an undisclosed amount."

That really stinks, maybe somebody will buy all these old radio manufacturers rights and we'll have to remove all the schematics from the websites.

Don't know how long this will be up but, I found a site that still has Heathk

Sorry,
I have the correct address
http://www.tech-systems-labs.com/

I was a little cranky about this BS, I've been getting the manuals I needed from BAMA for quite awhile.

You can still get Heathkit Schematics and some Manuals at this site:

http://www.mods.dk/manual.php?brand=heathkit

You will have to register, it is free, then you are allowed to download one free item every four days. In order to download more often, they request a donation. I did not check to see how much of a donation they ask for. So if all you want is the free download, be sure you only click the one you want, then wait four days to do another.
