I just pushed the full suite of Triplett 3423 tube tester stuff (manual, 2 variants of calibration proc., & the last supplement issue) to eserviceinfo.com Just search 3423 & Mfr 'Triplett', or browse under "measuring equipment" to Triplett.
NB, if your line voltage indication is wonkey, have a close look at the 305Kohm multiplier, mine was a bit off and unstable. & just for general info, if the Cu oxide meter diode goes duff, a pair of BAT85 Schottky's make a super replacement.
