Does antone know where to locate a dial string diagram for this radio? It has two. They are on but i need to remove them to get to a damaged gear.

I plan to make a diagram as I remove them (one for volume and one for tone) but would like a diagram in case I get it wrong.

Additionally, I am also looking for a material to make a belt for the tuning pointer (it was worn out). Does anyone have any ideas?

Steve, I may can help u with the dial belt. I have some NOS dial belts. If u could tell me the length around them, I will see if I have it. Hey one dial cord is bad enough and 2 would be just 1 too many. lol

I am out of town until Thursday. When I get home I'll measure the belt fragment that I have.

I used a rubber band for the belt in a pinch! It works, but has too much give to leave it on.

The dial cords turned out to be simple and I was able to get them back on ok after a good cleaning of the radio.
