I am trying to ID a Silvertone Chassis. The only number I have from the data plate is 101-631-?. Can anyone help?

Gene: Silvertone chassis number 101-631 was used in model 5571. There was also model 5571A with chassis 101-631A. See schematic at: http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/255/M0017255.htm
