I can´t give make and model because it has not words and numbers.I guess it was used as the receptor of a communications equipment because it has a fine tuning and the owner was a ham.Help me!!!!!

How about posting the picture on a free hosting site such as Flickr and putting a link here for more eyes to see? Better chance of someone recognizing the set than one person
