Radiola 526 Elecrrolytics

Greetings, I have a radiola 526. I opened the chassis to look at the caps for a recapping and found the electrolytic's that are in the radio as 30 and 20 (2 in 1 with black common). However, the schematic reads 50 and 30. I am somewhat confused as I am a beginner at restorations. Can someone please verify that I am reading the schematic correctly and that what is in the radio is wrong or vice versa.
Thank you,
Vinny

Also, there are besides the black common, a red and a green wire attached to the dual electrolytic. I have a feeling that someone just threw anything in there for this radio to work just to be sold as working. Do the red and green have assigned values?
Also I noticed the the 35Z5GT/G tube lights up very bright instantaneously when the on/off switch is turned on.
Thank you,
Vinny A.

Is this your schematic? http://www.nostalgiaair.org/PagesByModel/977/M0014977.pdf

If so, the schematic does, indeed, show 30- and 50-uF filter caps (first cap after rectifier is 30). So, it seems that your filter caps are not original - possibly replaced years ago? Not unusual - modern or old-time repairmen might have used what they had on hand.

Doug, yes indeed that is the schematic. Thank you, I thought something was wrong, and yes it was an old part. Maybe I am starting to see things in schematics now. Thank you again,
Vinny

Vinny, the red and green do have assigned values but that value is not based on its color per se but to identify which is the 30 lead and which is the 20. some where on the body of the cap there will be an indication which is which (Red=30, Green=20, Black=Com). PL
