Antenna for Tombstone & Cathedral Radios for Show and Tell (listen)
11/9/2008 10:20:50 AMBob E.
I'm looking for a quickly connected antenna that I can
easily hook up to radios to show people that they actually DO work i.e. That I actually restored them! :O)
I can pick them up one by one and carry them out to the garage and hook them up to the antenna that I have installed across the ceiling but I am looking for a small portable unit I can use in the house. It is impractical to run a line to where I display the radios as they tend to be all over the house much to my wife's dismay :O) I saw one yesterday that a friend said he bought at AES but the exact model looks not to be offered anymore. They have others listed in their catalog but I want to ask you all what you have found works for you...
Thanks, Bob

Use a rabbit ear antenna. just connect the twin lead together at the end with an alligator clip.
