Rogers 9R451

Is there a cross reference for these radios? I think I found a Crosley that at least in tube placement is identical, but it was very difficult to find.

Secondly, what is that white hard rubber like substance the feet appeared to have been made of in the late 30's amd early 40's? Does anyone know of a supplier that can sell something similar?

Joe, Check your inbox. I've emailed the schematic for your Rogers 9R451. It's a Canadian model and does not show up in Riders.

also.....you can get white rubber feet from Radio Daze.

Online at http://www.radiodaze.com/

click on "REPRODUCTION ITEMS" > "CHASSIS WASHERS"

Thanks, the schematic did prove the likeness of the two chassis. What is a source of schematics for non- U.S. produced radios?

And I will check out radiodaze for the feet. I just was not sure they were rubber. Now they are like a hard powdery candy.

'Thanks and 73

Ed Kraushar of Ontario, Canada ( oidar@nexicom.net ) used to sell "The Radio College of Canada / Vintage Canadian Radio Schematics" on CD. I bought mine quite some time ago but I believe he still makes them available.
