Although I have accessed this document via Nostalgia Air Resources and also have a Rider's CD ROM set, I cannot make out if the change states "Reverse numbers 41 and 54 shown in figure 3." or "Reverse numbers 41 and 56 shown in figure 3."
If someone could look up this information in an original Rider's manual and clarify this for me I would greatly appreciate it.
Never paid attention to that before. Number 41 is a 16 mf electrolytic filter cap. Number 54 is 8 mf. Why not replace each with 22mf @ 450 volts. Here is another schematic of the Philco 610.

:Hello. I am restoring a 1935 Philco model 610 "Big Bullet". I need clarification on the Rider "Changes In Models" instructions found on Philco Page 7-147. Specifically the Model 610 11-1-35 change.

Hi Tony,
Try installing the plug-in for your browser to view the DJVU files:

:Hello and thanks for your response. I am unable to open the http://techpreservation.dyndns.org/schematics/38/38_Philco_610_143.djvu schematic. I receive the error message "JB2 data requires a shape dictionary" when I attempt to open the document via the DjVu Solo viewer application. Is the schematic on this site the same as the Rider's schematic on Nostalgia Air Resources?
