GB,
Syl had an article on his site, but its no longer active. I made printouts of the article, so if all else fails, I will scan and email them. I think Chuck Swark's Philco site may have the same article. I did an RCA 67V1 using the article as guidance, and have a few .jpgs of my efforts, along with some primitive sketches. I used the cheapest ceramic stereo cartridge I could find (Rad Shak $16) for my first attempt, and it turned out fine.

Check out the Philco Phorum at Ron Ramirez's site. Syl has this topic there complete with photos. Very informative stuff.

GB,
Not in their stores, but their web site still had them avail, along with more costly parts a couple years ago when I ordered. It was the cheapest item I could find at the time from all web sites, ebay etc. Have a picture/copy of the invoice if you are still unconvinced. Only mentioned it because my first try was an experiment. Several vendors out there offer these rebuilds at 3-4x my cost, West Tech Services as an example, but my economic situation did not allow that option. Its not for the faint of heart, but after having done one, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. So beware the pitfalls, and if you don't have the talent/patience of a brain surgeon, pay the price.
