RCA 120 wiring diagram
8/19/2008 2:01:16 PMByron
I'm new to this, I have an RCA 120 that needs to be totally rewired, new capacitors, resistors, and a transformer. I have the schematic, but I'm not sure how to read the terminals of the tubes for wire connections. I have a wiring diagram which is a little more intuitive but very low resolution. Does anyone know where I can get a higher resolution copy of the wiring diagram...or have one they could forward? Thanks

Byron,

I've sent you high res. scanned images of the 3 Riders pages that detail your RCA120.

As far as tube pins go..............when viewing from the bottom side of the socket, pin #1 starts at the immediate right of the key and proceed in a clock-wise direction.

That is..if the key is pointing upwards, #1 is first pin to the right. Best way to look at is "start at the key and go in a clockwise direction."

Mr. Wess,

If you still have these RCA 120 scans available, I would be much obliged if you could send them to me as well. The schematic here is too difficult for me to read, and my example has suffered from past "improvements".

Many thanks,

Basil H.
