Help!

I am restoring a Marconi Model 187. This set has 14 pushbuttons. The problem is thess pushbuttons are brittle and most of them are cracked.

Does anyone know of a source for these pushbuttons?
How about reproductions?
Has anyone ever made plastic parts?
I would be willing to attempt making some myself.
