Need ID on Silver-Marshall

I bought a Silver-Marshall tombstone and can't find a model # or other useful identification to locate a schematic. There are a couple others of this exact model pictured on the internet - and none of these are identified with a model # either. It has 2 (BC and SW) bands and a tube lineup of - 80, 42, 75, 6D6, and 6A7. An image is here : http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa304/jgj6331/DSC01659.jpg
