That last link answers a question that somebody was asking: What size oatmeal box to use for crystal radios?

It's the small size (18-oz, 4" diameter). (The large size box would look a little ungainly, I fear.)

Sometimes, at "junque" stores, one might run across a very old-style Quaker box for sale? That would look really nice.
