just picked this up on Ebay. Cute little radio- I like simple. Looks to
be a TRF with the following tube line up
80
65
57
2A5

Only ID is part of a tag that says T.R.&T Corp Chicago Ill.
Covers BC and 1.7 to 4.0 in two bands.

I have looked at the schematics on Nostalgia air with no success.
I will post a pic on A.B.P.R. or the listing is still up on
You can see a bunch of pics at: the eBay auction at:

Thanks for any help

Try looking up in the resources on this site and look for Troy Radio and Television 4 tube TRF. It has almost the same tube lineup and is the only one that comes up under any model that begins with manufacturer starting with T. The 65 tube may be a substitute for the 58 tube listed in the schematic.

Doug,

Thanks

Looks like that may have been it, or a close cousin. As someone else pointed out the 65 is a 6.3 voplt tube so it is probably there in error

The Troy TRF on Riders is a single band, but close enough for what I needed.
Wonder what the case looked like.
