I have little experience with SS radios and bought this transistor table-top against my better judgement simply because I liked the look. It plays, but the volume is quite soft - not what I would expect from an 8-transistor set. I've checked a few simple things so far - the pot, speaker, and I subbed out a few of the larger caps - with no improvement - I hesitate pulling transistors to check for fear of wrecking them. Does anyone have a schematic for this set or could run me through a systematic evaluation of the circuits? I know that's asking a lot - but I'd be extremely grateful for any help.
