Hi Glen,
I have used both Mouser.com and Justradios.com
Radiodaze.com also sells caps, but I haven't compared their prices.

You might also add Bob's Antique Radios & Electronics to the list. He has the most common types of poly caps, electrolytics, dial lamps, dial cord and AC power cords.

For the unusual ratings on caps (including tuning) and resistors, don't forget:

They are also concerned with the quality of the parts they sell. I wanted to get some multi section electrolytics that were in their catalogue but they said they do not sell them anymore because of manufacturer quality problems.

:Just had to add to this because I was getting my caps through tubesandmore.com but being new to this I didn't know much better. Got my last batch from Radio Daze. Fantastic prices but limited selection. Did have everything I needed for that order. Great shipping price too. I'm on the other side of the country from them and I always received my orders usps 1st class in 2-3 days for $8.25 Give'em a try.
