Hi all
I have a slight problem. I am not a eloctronics "know it all" I bought some new capacitors at a radio show they are .22mf at 630v with manufacture I.D of= IC.
and with no polarity markings.
Here is how markings are on cap
IC MWR
.22 630
H14
In regards to polarity..does this mean it does not matter how I hook it up??

No polarity for those caps. Yours are polyester film or something similar. Electrolytics have polarity and will usually be marked appropriately.
