RF choke and condenser combination

Have a Motorola model 42-pt7 with a RF choke and condenser combination (part # 7 on schem.). The condenser needs to be replaced should I duplicate the original, winding the choke over the replacement condenser?

Fred: Whenever I've encountered those, I just replace the cap itself and forget the coil wound around it. Never have had a problem.

By the way, you said Motorola. You meant Philco, right?
