Super regen receivers
10/29/2000 11:16:10 AMChris Leyson
I'm looking for information on super-regen receivers.
Anybody know of any receivers that used external quench
oscillator for controlling regeneration rather than
self-quenching circuit.

Have an idea to used a variable-mu pentode for regen
followed by detector and AVC to control the pentode mu.
This should provide stable regeneration. Any thoughts
or suggestions on this subject would be appreciated.

Hi,
Lindsay Publications offers a lot of the old schematics, such as what Hennley publishing put out in the twentie and thirties, as well as other publications.

They even have design books for home built regeneratives, as well as neutrodynes, and other early style radios.
