RCA 8RF13 procedure and/or schematic
5/10/2008 8:31:23 PMEddie
I just got my nice RCA 8RF13 Hi-Fi AM/FM radio out of storage and I want to peak it up and use it - but have never been able to find an alignment procedure for this radio, or a schematic, either, and the FM is just a little off (minor distortion). It's late enough that it doesn't show up on Riders, although I thought someone referred to it as a 1950 model (I thought it could be as late as almost 1960 myself). Does anyone have a link to one you don't have to pay for?
Thanks,
Eddie

PS - I finally found my old notes on this thing - apparently it is covered in SAM's 390-8, if anyone has that.

Hi Eddie,

Actually it's covered in Sames 390-9. I happen to have that one and will scan it and send it to you. Going to need your email address though.
