What freq is on the dial? Just a wild guess, but Pilot

was into FM in '45, so perhaps it is a FM tuner/coverter

that could be attached to one of their AM rigs.

Front has Amplitude modulation "AM" (kilocucles) & Frequency modulation "FM" (megacycles) Top of unit has two small lights! one for phono, the other for tv. has 7 knobs on front: power. vol. treble. one for switching from (am/fm/tv/ph. bass. tuning. AFC-on off. back of unit has inputs for detector output/audio.amp output/tv audio input/phono input. in-out preamp switch. phono pickup adjust. & two jacks for use w/ pilotone amp model AA-901. all tubes light up! & I'm sure it is in perfect working cond. I don't know where to hook up a speaker to hear the radio. any help would be much appreciated.
