The model number has got to be stamped on the console someplace. My 7S682 Zenith was stamped in white ink on the back of the frame near the top. Chassis number was there with it only inside on a peice of paper. My Zenith 10S589 was similiarly marked. Look closer, I'll bet you can find it.

::Not sure but can a 6f6g be substituted for a 6l6??
::Hello I am working on a console zenith 6 tube radio. Btw I bought it at a salvage place for 35 bucks. tubeas are OUTPUT 6F6G TUBE and socket says 6L6. A 6f5 philco metal tube, (socket says 6f5 too but socket has a tube shield holder). 6k7g tube I guess, (socket says 6k7g on it). A 6h6g in 6h6g socket. Last but not least, a 6a8g in 6a8g socket.
If you can find the serial number on the chassis (maybe a paper tag (green?). then take the number an do a reverse lookup on this site to get the chassis number(s).
