can anyone tell me something about a Stromberg Carlson model AU-36 ?

The Stromberg Carlson AU-36 is too new to be in Rider. Your radio is listed as being in Sam's Photofact #132 which would make it in the 50's. You may be able to order the information through your local library or call Sam's at 800-428-7267.

It's a 50 watt amp with the following tubes:
4 6L6s, 2 5U4s, a PA amp with mic and phono inputs.

The AU-36 is a mono PA Amp. rated at 50 watts. I have one for sale with schematic diagram if you are interested.
