Does anyone know if there is a website you can go to that you can listen to ham radio broadcasts? A person asked me that today and I had no clue. I guess he wants to listen to that.

Try www.amwindow.org. The guys on there do a lot of
experimenting, and a few years ago one of them had set up just what you are looking for. In fact, it was a remote control ham receiver that you control from your desktop. You may have to log on and ask, but if you do they can point you to such a site, if it still exists.
