Philco 52C cap values
12/30/2007 5:00:27 AMJon
Here I go again, starting on a philco model 52C and it has the same metal box with caps(#23 in the schematic)as I ran into with the model 50. Anyone have the value match up with wire color? Where can I find this info for future reference?
Thanks,
Jon.

Hi Jon

Here is Model 52 information. Not sure if it's same as your 52C?

I would use 1 mf for cap #23's in this schematic. If you don't have that .47 mf would work. They are bypass caps. Main filtering is done by #43 and #44.

Norm,
Yep,thats the one I have been working off of. I will use .47mfd for them all and see what happens.
Many thanks again,
Jon.
