Has anyone ever heard of a CONGRESS radio? It is a highboy type. The tube complement is 280, (2) 227, (3) 224 (2) 245. It appears to be a superhet, AM broadcast band only. I can't find ANY schematics for it. Many thanks,
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
Here's a discussion on ARF about Congress Radio:

Sounds like somebody else probably manufactured the chassis and Congress installed it in their own cabinet.
Any other identification on the chassis?
The tube line up is common and it will take some detective work to identify it.

Hi Jerry

Here is a schematic with the same tubes:

The radio may not be a superhet? TRF's were made with those tubes.
