Anybody know where to get a Signal Generator that will go from around 10 to 50 Kilocycles?? I want to amplify it, get a speaker and keep barking dogs away from my house. Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated. I am not very technical. Thanks!

Try eBay, they have over 100 "signal generator" listed. You'll have to read the descriptions. You should be able to find a audio signal generator in the $20 dollar range.
