Resistance reading for an output transformer may be correct but it will only be shown for an ohm meter continuity test. Not the same as impedance, the way a transformer is rated.
For a 6V6 primary impedance should be rated in the 5,000 to 8,000 area. You will see numbers like this in catalogs. Secondary to match your speaker, usually 4 or 8 ohms.
Speaker fields are usually good or open but 151 ohms seems low. In most resistance is closer to 1,000 ohms. Could it actually be 1,510 ohms. That would be reasonable.

:I am collecting information to rebuild a Westinghouse radio, model WR-224 (tubes 6A8, 6K7, 6Q7G, 6V6G, 5Y4G).
:The output transformer does not exist, I only have the winding resistance (by schematic. It is correct?). And I am not sure that the speaker is original, I testing 151 ohm (field coil) and 3.6 ohm.
:You have more information and chassis photos (up and bottom).
:Sincerely.
:
It will just limit output power. Won't be noticeable in radio operation.
A lower impedance speaker reflects back to primary of the transformer. In turn this is seen as a lower impedance transformer primary to the tube.

:Thanks Norm
:I can assume that this is 8 ohm speaker?
:If I use a 8 ohm transformer with 4 ohm speaker.
:What problem can I take?
