Tube and chassis layout matches a model w-725 except the E caps, unless I just can't find them on the 725 schematic. The ganged E caps on this thing are an 80 @400,an eighty @200, and a 100 @50. Duh? The model paper on the unit is basically destroyed, so any help would be appreciated.

Looks like someone just used what they had available at that time, on the thumbnail below it spec's out at 40 and 40 being used across the filter choke and only 50 @25 was used at the
AF outputs cathode bypass cap , 250 + DC WV desirable on the B+ circuitry and the DC rating on the cathode ...OK..as it is.
