i have just found a 1946 5 tube trav-ler brown plastic am radio it is in great shape except for the wiring inside. some compontents are cut loose on one side and i can not see where they go back. if anyone can send me a cope of the wiring or where i can get one it would be great. i would also like to buy one of these in white. i have some cases for g.e. and rca mid 40's radios that i have come across . bought an old radio shop out and have been going thru 50 some boxes of this type of stuff. lots of t.v. knobs and flybacks etc.

My neighbor has just found an old plastic Trav-ler radio in his basement. He thought is was unique as the
numbers on the dial went opposite of what is typical of today's radios. The radio is a plastic cream colored portable unit in good condition on the outside. I am not sure if it works. The series number is 55 170 and the serial number is 177722. If anyone can provide me with any information on the background or value of this particular unit it would be greatly appreciated.
