Can someone share a 1 coil schematic for a crystal radio? I have made several but need a new idea. Thanks

Here is one place you can find crystal set circuits.

There isn't very many ways to make a different 1 coil crystal set. A single tuned coil doesn't separate stations very well. Try two. Double tuning will make a crystal set selective.

Norm,
Is that like an antenna transformer with a primary and secondary both tuned with a dual gang tuner cap?
If available, would a small antenna transformer work well?

I would use two coils connected to different tuning cap sections. Between the two coils add a little capacity for coupling. It could be a few PF. A loop or two of wire wrapped around each coil can connected together will work.

Using a single coil with two tuned windings would be better than a single tuned circuit. The problem being most antenna coils don't have the same number of turns on primary and secondary windings.
