Philco Shrinking Escutcheon
9/3/2007 12:48:14 PMJames Mabrey
I have a 41-260 and the plastic escutcheon has shrunk from age and now is loose and warped. From poking around on the net this seems to be a common problem with these sets. Is there a source for repro's or has anyone else found a fix? Radio looks great besides this. Has anybody tried to make one perhaps?

Thanks for your reply. I emailed this company to see if they make one like mine but mine is not like the ones they offer on the site. Mine is slanted and inset similar to the table models (41-245). Being that they make thousands of parts I am sure they know this part well.
