3 digit display driver "C-134A" 24 pins

Hi , I bought some display driver boards, they had 3 digits what lods like led dsiplays, which are of themselves a module. Looks like multiplexed.
The chip that drives all three digits is simply stamped as "C-134A" and on some boards "C 134"
it has 24 pins , pinout segment A = pin 9 , B=10
C = 11 , D = 12 , E = 13, F = 14 , looks like pin 24
is one powersupply lead, and pin 4 is the other, unnussual. Does anyone know what chip this is ??
reminds me of 74144 , but it is not it ?? as pin 12
is definately driving segment "D" per circuit trace.
manufacturer of the PCB is "uE" , whomever they are
power transistors 92 of them ) are CL207 (??) and
small signal transistors are CL208 (??)
Any feedback ??
