Hi,
Most likely it is a late teens to almost mid twenties.

If the bearings are not too dirty, it should still turn.

Victor referred to these as "Electrola's".

If the finish is in good shape, or at least presentable shape, itis usually quite easy to find a collector. I have seen them sell (and this is a regional thing too), as high as $400.00 for an absolutely immaculate unit that worked, and looked as good as it did the day it came out of the shipping crate.
