Hi everyone im back from the show and i picked up this odd piesce at a donation auction. i was wondering if any one knew anything about this radio. it has 7 tubes(none of them present)so if you know what tubes it uses if you could tell me that would be great, they are 8 pin octal tubes. it has 12 resistors,9 capacitors, and 3 tuneing capacitors (individual). there are 3 dials (1-100 scale) each of these dials is attached to 1 tuneing cap. the first tuner has 3 plates total, second 5, third 11. the 5 plate and the 11 place are connected. 6 tubes have terminals on top. there is 1 if can, 1 iron core choke, and one small power transformer, on-off switch, volume control, and a head phone jack mabey.one side of the jack goes to ground and is connected to the other part of the jack by a resistor, then that part of the jack goes to the top of a tube. there is a tag in the center that says bud radio inc. cleveland ohio, cat. no. 528. that all I know about it right now. if you know the year, schematic, tube numbers, or have a price value of this set please post it.It is in a small black square metal case. Thanks Ian

Ian,
This web site indicates it has service manuals for bud radios.
http://www.savoy-hill.co.uk/library.htm#b
The site says manuals from the discovery of radio to the 80s.
