Can a person just glue the wires back into place?
Any recommendation for a good glue brand/type?

I have a small Philco wood set with a loop antenna
inside the back perimeter of the cabinet and a winding
or so on each side has come loose and dangling around.
I would like to get the loose wires back in their
"track" and thought glue would do the trick but I
thought I would ask the experts first if that is ok.

Plain old contact cement. Dab some here and there on the case and also a little on the windings. Let both halves of the glued surfaces get almost dry/tacky then press together.
