Samswebsite is gone
6/1/2007 11:16:25 PMDave Froehlich
Hello All,
I should have kept my photofact index. Does anyone have the pdf of the entire index so I don't have to worry if there's one on line or not?
If anyone knows where samswebsite has moved to, please let me know.

Thanks,

Dave

I have the printed index if you ever need anything.

Don't think Sam's moved. Hopefully they are back in a couple days. Maybe not enough business anymore? How many of us still play with tubes?

Bill.
It looks like it's back again. Last night there was a page hijack to a very odd website that asked for a user name and password.
Either they forgot to pay for their domain name or someone hacked into their web page to have it instantly re-direct traffic.
But it looks like the problem has been solved.

:Bill.
I tried the website at 2:00pm, Sunday, June 3. No joy - 404 error.

Well I just tried it got a 404, then search SAMS got this page
http://www.servicesoftware.com/sams.asp

Then went back to my link and pulled up this page
http://www.servicesoftware.com/sams.asp

Did a known search, it came up correct.

They must be working on and off on it. I also notice for me Internet Explorer is blocking some of their pictures. That hasn't happen before.

Maybe they are going to revise their prices...downward?

I got. The second link I repeated. No wonder sometimes.
So far this is working for me.

http://www.samswebsite.com/photofact/pf_search.asp

I did try off their home page and search didn't work.
